In 2012 I was commissioned to make a series of linocuts for wine labels by Damion North owner and winemaker for The Jack Russel Wine Company.
As my up coming exhibiton at the Firestation Print Studio is all linocuts I asked Damian if he would like to sponsor the exhibition by supplying wine for the opening. Not only did he say yes but he is coming to the opening so you can ask him about the wine as you drink it – while looking at my linocuts of course!
This is beautiful wine and I’m sorry I can’t be more erudite in my description, wine is not my area but it is really very very good.
So its exciting news opening is now on Friday 25th of September 6pm -8pm Understanding Alice at the Firestation Print Studio 2 Willis St Armadale, Melbourne, with Journey Wines if you will be in Melbourne put it in your diary. I’d love to see you there.
