Artist’s books are a significant part of Shana’s art practice; they can be sculptural or conceptual objects, as well as more traditional book-like objects. All take some elements of the book and recreate it as an artwork; whether it be, words, covers or the episodic nature of the pages, to make an artists’ book is to re-imagine the book.
